It is amazing how much we do on stage when we should just be listening to our scene partner. With everything you have learned in improv, it is no wonder that you are onstage, in your head, thinking about the rules and every note you have ever gotten. In this workshop we will do exercises that show us just how much work we are doing onstage, when simply listening to our scene partner can do all of the work for us. We will learn how to listen in a new way, and realize that everything you need in your scene is right there for you. There is no need to invent, come up with funny stuff, or write fast on your feet.
